Ma. Pudovik et al., Reaction of (chloromethyl)phosphonic(-phosphinic) chlorides with silylatedprotic nucleophiles, RUSS J G CH, 69(11), 1999, pp. 1712-1716
Reactions of (chloromethyl)phosphonic(-phosphinic) chlorides with trimethyl
alkoxy(-phenoxy, -dialkylamino)silanes are accompanied by elimination of tr
imethylchlorosilane and lead to formation of related substitution products.
Reactions of bis(chloromethyl)phosphinic chloride and (chloromethyl)phosph
inic dichloride with neutral and hydrogen silyl phosphites were studied. Th
e reactions of bis(chloromethyl)phosphinic chloride with tris(trimethylsily
l)phosphite, diethyl trimethylsilyl phosphite, and bis(trimethylsilyl) hydr
ogen phosphite yield trimethylsilyl bis(chloromethyl)phosphinate. Similar r
eactions with (chloromethyl)phosphonic dichloride resulted in isolation of
bis(trimethylsilyl) (chloromethyl)phosphonate.
