Abstract
Intraosseous schwannoma (neurilemmoma) is an extremely rare, benign neoplas m, constituting less than 0.2% of primary bone tumors. It infrequently invo lves the bones of the hand. We present a case of intraosseous neurilemmoma of the metacarpal.
