Abstract
This article presents an unknown medieval Toledan palace, built in the 1360 s by Ruy Lopez Davalos, as well as its important set of carved stuccos. Thi s building is studied in the artistic context of 1361 and compared with oth er interesting examples (Royal Palace of Tordesillas, synagogue of Samuel H alevi-El Transito-in Toledo, etc.). Finally, several unpublished sketches d iscovered in El Transito during its restoration in 1989 are presented, that are the precursors of the motives represented in the carved stuccos in the Ruy Lopez Davalos' palace.
