Abstract
To determine cerebral autoregulatory dysfunction in neurally mediated synco pe induced by isoproterenol provocation, we studied the changes in cerebral autoregulation using transcranial Doppler ultrasonography during syncope, Isoproterenol already had changed in cerebral artery regulation before tilt ing, and emphasized the changes during syncope.
