Abstract
OBJECTIVE. We examined the usefulness of single-level dynamic CT during hep atic arteriography to observe the hemodynamics of small hepatic focal nodul ar hyperplasia, CONCLUSION. Single-level dynamic CT during hepatic arteriography revealed n ot only centrifugal blood supply through the fibrous stellate scar, but als o the drainage to dilated veins in or near the focal nodular hyperplasia no dule and directly to the hepatic sinusoid in the surrounding liver.
