Abstract
OBJECTIVE. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the radiographic and i
maging findings of seven patients with polyarteritis nodosa involving the a
bdomen.
CONCLUSION. Vasculitis should be considered when multiple abdominal organs
have abnormal radiologic findings; however, angiography is necessary to spe
cifically diagnose polyarteritis nodosa.
