Abstract
A bio-mimic bulk acoustic wave (BAW) sensor was fabricated by coating it wi th the epinephrine template molecular imprinting polymer (MIP). This sensor exhibited high selectivity and sensitive response to epinephrine. A linear relationship between 5.0 x 10(-8) and 2.0 x 10(-5) M was revealed. The det ection limit was 2.0 x 10(-8) M. Recoveries were 93.2-108.7%. Influencing f actors were investigated in detail and optimized. Analytical applications o f this bio-mimic sensor were performed. (C) 2000 Elsevier Science B.V.
