Dieulafoy's duodenal ulcer. Report of two cases.

Two cases of Dieulafoy's ulcer of the duodenum revealed by a severe digesti ve bleeding and histologically proved are reported. It is a rare localizati on of a rare disease which is particular by the presence of an abnormal ves sel in the sub-mucosa layer of the digestive wall.
