Abstract
In order to better understand the structural requirements of fibrinogen rec eptor antagonists, variations in the platelet aggregation inhibitory activi ty of a series of RGD mimetics were examined using techniques for the analy sis of three-dimensional quantitative structure-activity relationship, such as CoMFA.
