Abstract
We report a case of radiation-induced hepatic injury as a complication of l ocalized abdominal radiotherapy for epidural spread of non-Hodgkin's lympho ma. The liver was evaluated by triphasic contrast enhanced helical CT scan. Hepatic biopsy demonstrated changes typical of veno-occlusive disease. The pattern of hepatic enhancement resulting from the radiation-induced veno-o cclusive process is discussed.
