Abstract
We consider a fourth-order differential equation with a no nlinearity whose integral is asymptotically quadratic at +/-infinity. It is shown that if t he pair of asymptotes does not belong to the Fucik spectrum then there exis ts a periodic solution. AMS(MOS) subject classification: 34C25.
