Abstract
We investigate the existence of finely continuous Sobolev functions u is an element of W-1,W-p(R-n) which have traces u\(Rn-1) equal to the characteristic function of a bounded set E subset of Rn-1. As an appli cation we examine the existence of Dirichlet finite p-harmonic measure s on the unit ball of R-n.
