Abstract
Plasma membrane microdomains that are enriched in sphingolipids, cholestero l and glycosylphosphatidylinositol-anchored proteins appear to be important in T-cell signalling. Here, Subburaj Ilangumaran, Hai-To He and Daniel Hoe ssli discuss the possible mechanisms involved in T-cell activation via such microdomains.
