Abstract
Candida spp, meningitis is still a rare clinical situation, although it is becoming more frequent, Literature references to it and therapeutic options ant scarce. We present a case of a young male, HIV-positive drug addict, w ith Candida albicans meningitis which was treated with oral fluconazole, ha ving a good outcome. (C) 2000 The British Infection Society.
