Abstract
Time-resolved magneto-photoluminescence is used to probe the low-tempe rature ground states of electrons confined to two dimensions. Clear di fferences are found in measured decay times (approximately 1ns) for co mponents of multiple-peak spectra observed in the electron solid regim e consistent with exciton localisation by a Wigner lattice.
