Abstract
The improvement of cystic fibrosis using antitumoral drugs has been reporte d. The hypothesis of a somatic reduction to heterozygosity of the CFTR gene mutations by homologous recombination in lung epithelium is proposed. (C) 2000 Harcourt Publishers Ltd.
