Abstract
Contrary to acquired arteriovenous fistulas, the congenital malformations a re very rare. Here we report a case of congenital arteriovenous fistula for ming a communication between the right subclavian artery to subclavian vein . To our knowledge, there is no similar case in which an infant has been su ccessfully operated on for cardiac failure.
