Abstract
Brachytherapy in velo-tonsillar region is not applied in all the institutio ns because of difficulties to learn it. For the implantation of wires in th e soft palate, the Reverdin needle is replaced by a curved guide of angioca theter 14 Gauge. This technique is easy and reduces the risk of tear mucosa .
