Abstract
We have calculated photoresponse and photosensitivity of single ultras mall current-biased tunnel junctions, single-electron transistors, and various multi-junction arrays. In the far infrared, potential sensiti vity of some single-electron structures compares favorably with that o f other low-temperature photodetectors.
