An. Pudovik et al., Reactions of phosphoro(phosphono)isothiocyanatidates and -isothiocyanatidothioates with some protic nucleophiles, RUSS J G CH, 69(12), 1999, pp. 1888-1891
Addition of protic nucleophiles to phosphoro(phosphono)isothiocyanatidates
and -isothiocyanatidothioates is studied. The reactions with aniline and 2-
bromoethylamine hydrobromide yield 1,3,4-thiazaphospholines and N-(thio)pho
sphorylated 2-imino-1,3-thiazolidines, respectively. The reaction of phosph
orylated thiourea with methyl chloroacetate gives 1,3-thiazolidin-4-one. be
ta-Aminoethyl mercaptan hydrochloride reacts with phosphoroisothiocyanatida
tes and -isothiocyanatidothioates in the presence of triethylamine to form
stable phosphorylated ureas.
