Abstract
Our case study is that of a teenage male presenting with multilocular perit oneal inclusion cystic disease that is now managed symptomatically with a m inimally invasive, repeatable technique. Between admissions he leads a rela tively normal life. Symptomatic control in MPIC is possible using repeated CT guided aspirations.
