Abstract
Recently, three new types of structural constraints have been introduced in to the procedures of protein structure determination. Application of residu al dipolar couplings, interference effects, and dependence of heteronuclear relaxation times on rotational diffusion anisotropy opens new perspectives for the functional and structural NMR studies of proteins.
