Abstract
A new catalytic method to grow multiwall carbon nanotubes by vacuum anneali ng of C-60/C-70 + Ni films is presented. Films were obtained by vacuum ther mal deposition of fullerenes and nickel acetate. The results of investigati ons of films by transmission electron microscopy, electron diffraction and Raman spectroscopy before and after the annealing process are shown.
