Abstract
Paracloeodes lugoi, n, sp., is described from Morelos, Mexico. Structure of the labrum, mandibles, and labial palps distinguishes the larval stage of P. lugoi from all other known species of Paracloeodes. The adult stage of t he new species is unknown.
