Abstract
Pulmonary leiomyomas are among the most rarely encountered benign tumors of the lung in all age groups. The endobronchial origin and occurrence in chi ldren is extremely rare for this tumor. The cases described reflect the eff icacy of bronchoscopy in the diagnosis and treatment of endobronchial leiom yoma encountered in children.
