Abstract
We studied the medium effects on rho meson mass by taking account of the va cuum effects with the effective Lagrangian approach. We show that the rho m eson mass decreases with both temperature and chemical potential. Then we c hecked the validity of Brown-Rho scaling law in different conditions.
