Abstract
A pulse coherent synthetic aperture radar (SAR) operating between 80-120 MH z has been developed in an attempt to measure heavy forest biomass. The sen sor uses a nadir-pointing antenna configuration and collects data in a 300- m wide swath on the ground along the flight line.
