Abstract
This paper presents a uniform spectral approach to the fast tabular techniq ue for generating fixed polarity Reed-Muller expressions. Basic operations in the tabular technique are described through the discrete dyadic convolut ion. The presented results can be extended to various polynomial expansions of discrete functions.
