R. Blachnik et E. Klose, Experimental investigation and thermodynamic calculation of excess enthalpies in the Ga-In-Te system, J ALLOY COM, 305(1-2), 2000, pp. 144-152
The excess enthalpies of liquid alloys in the ternary system Ga-In-Te were
determined at 1173 K in a heat flow calorimeter for five sections GayIn1 -
yTe with y = 0.2, 0.4, 0.5, 0.6 and 0.8 and, in addition, for the section G
a0.5In0.5-Te at 973 and 1073 K. The enthalpy surface in the ternary system
is determined by a valley of exothermic minima stretching from a minimum at
the composition Ga2T3 to a minimum at composition In2Te3 in the binaries.
The excess enthalpies in the binary systems were adapted using the Lukas pr
ogram. Ternary interactions were taken into account for the analytical desc
ription of excess enthalpies of the ternary system. (C) 2000 Elsevier Scien
