Abstract
Variation of metabolic heat dissipation between quiescent and active sperma tozoa of Salmo solar m sebago was investigated by direct calorimetry. The t echnique offers some promise to monitor energy metabolism of teleost sperm. (C) 2000 The Fisheries Society of the British Isles.
