An experimental setup and data correction method were established for the m
easurements of elastic scattering cross-sections for neutrons of tens of Me
V at TIARA facility of JAERI. Data can be obtained for 25 laboratory angles
between 2.6 degrees and 53.0 degrees by utilizing a Li-7(p,n) quasi-monoen
ergetic neutron source and a time-of-flight method (TOF). Data correction f
or the effects of inelastic neutrons and a finite sample size is done using
the LA 150 data. Typical results of neutron elastic scattering are present
