Abstract
Various methods of synthesis of metabolically stable phosphonate analogues of bisnucleoside oligophosphates containing two residues of methylenediphos phonic acid in the oligophosphate chain are studied. Phosphonate analogues of Ip(4)I and Ip(5)I are prepared.
