Abstract
We predict a possibility of triplet Cooper pairing in a Fermi-gas of neutra l particles in a confined geometry of magnetic traps at ultra-low temperatu res. We evaluate a superfluid transition temperature and analyze the differ ence between pairing in free space and in confined geometry. We also consid er in details a case of fermionic Li-6.
