Abstract
By employing an interdigitated capacitor (IC), we searched for similar to 1 0 mu m wavelength surface waves on superfluid He-3 films. We have not obser ved such waves yet, possibly because the damping is still too large. Making use of the IC, the film flow was observed in normal and superfluid He-3. ( C) 2000 Elsevier Science B.V.
