Abstract
The impregnation of aerogel by He-3 provides a new opportunity to study the effects of disorder on the properties of liquid He-3. The transport coeffi cients exhibit cross-over behaviour from the high-temperature regime, where inelastic He-3-He-3 scattering dominates, to a low-temperature regime domi nated by elastic scattering of He-3 off the aerogel. Within the homogenous scattering model, analytical expressions for the thermal conductivity and v iscosity can be derived and are shown in graphical form for He-3 in aerogel .
