Abstract
We have successfully fabricated HTS - ceramic insulator composite system La BaCaCu3O7-delta-Ba2HoHfO5.5 in which particles of the superconductor and in sulator materials could coexist with well defined separated phases left int act by stringent high-temperature processing conditions. Addition of Ba2HoH fO5.5 did not have any deteriorating effect on the superconducting properti es of the LaBaCaCu3O7-delta superconductor. (C) 2000 Published by Elsevier Science B.V.
