F-19 NMR spectroscopy has been applied to study local copper environment an
d flux-line motion in the oxy-fluorine superconductors HgBa2 CuO4 F-x with
different fluorine content. The temperature dependence of the F-19 NMR line
width reveals the crossover at 35K between the low-temperature thermally ac
tivated regime with correlation time tau = tau(0) exp(U/T) and high-tempera
