Size-dependent effects of microwave absorption are investigated in micron a
nd submicron size YBaCuO powders. It is shown that the hysteresis and step-
like change of field-modulated microwave absorption (FMMA) decreases when t
he particle size decreases. Two contributions to the relaxation of the FMMA
signals were found. (C) 2000 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
