Abstract
We measured the specific heat of Y0.8Ca0.2Ba2Cu3O7-delta samples with diffe rent oxygen content from liquid helium temperature to room temperature in m agnetic fields up to 13 T. We found that there is different hole concentrat ion dependence and field dependence of electronic specific heat between ove rdoped samples and underdoped samples while T much less than T-c. In normal state, we observed the normal state pseudogap which is magnetic field-inde pendent. (C) 2000 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
