Abstract
We discuss one-particle inclusive B decays in the limit of heavy b and c qu arks. Using the large-N-C limit we factorize the nonleptonic matrix element s, and we employ a short distance expansion. Modeling the remaining nonpert urbative matrix elements we obtain predictions for various decay channels a nd compare them with existing data.
