It is proposed the diffusion by strength gradients, in stationary stat
e and without generation, where the molar flow by total transport of a
compound A is 1/m times the sum of the flows corresponding to the res
t of compounds. It is proposed a general method of resolution of the A
maintenance equation for the monodirectional diffusion in the geometr
ies of flat plate, shell roll and empty sphere, obtaining in case of t
otal molar concentration and effective diffusivity of A constants, a g
eneral formulation for A flow, similar to the one used for heat conduc
tion. In the considered geometries, there are also deduced the A molar
concentracion profiles.
