Exact boundary controllability of Maxwell's equations in heterogeneous media and an application to an inverse source problem

We examine the question of control of Maxwell's equations in a heterogeneou s medium with a nonsmooth boundary by means of control currents on the boun dary of that medium. This requires the introduction and analysis of some fu nctions spaces. Some energy estimates are established which allow us to get the control results owing to the Hilbert uniqueness method. We finally giv e an application to an inverse source problem.
