Abstract
An efficient method for the solid phase assembly of 'aza-peptides' is descr ibed using Fmoc/tert-butyl chemistry. Elimination of unwanted hydantoin sid e product is achieved with the use of Hmb reversible amide bond protection. (C) 2000 Elsevier Science Ltd. All rights reserved.
