Abstract
Free flap transfer is a technically feasible adjunct to wound healing in ti ssue loss in vascular reconstructive surgery. The authors present the case of a 68-year-old diabetic who underwent successful femorodistal bypass and free flap transfer on both of his legs with successful bilateral limb salva ge at 25 and 17 months, respectively.
