Abstract
The Hawking radiation for a charged axially symmetric nonstationary black h ole is studied. We obtain the event horizon equation and the Hawking therma l spectrum formula. Both the shape and the temperature of the black hole de pend on the time and the angle. They can reduce to the well-known results w hen there is no electric charge.
