C. Barnes et S. Balasubramanian, Recent developments in the encoding and deconvolution of combinatorial libraries, CURR OP C B, 4(3), 2000, pp. 346-350
The Value of molecular libraries generated by combinatorial methods is larg
ely dependent on the ease and ability to deconvolute or decode the structur
e of compounds of interest after screening the library. Following the intro
duction of promising concepts in the early 1990s, there has been considerab
le progress in the development and refinement of methodologies to address t
his issue.
