Abstract
The spin rotation parameters A and R measurements in the pion-nucleon elast ic scattering is practically the simple method to exclude the Barrelet ambi guities from the pi N amplitudes. The necessity of the additional new pi N elastic scattering experimental data in the D-13(1700) mass region is discu ssed together with the previous PNPI-ITEP collaboration results in the M si milar or equal to 1.9 GeV mass region.
