Abstract
The model which allowed to consider the ultrasonic oscillations (USO) influ ence on the process of metal superplastic (SP) deformation was elaborated. The increasing diffusion of vacancies under USO impact was taken into accou nt. It was shown that ultrasonic oscillations decrease both SP deformation stress and grain boundary dislocations density.
