Abstract
The pharmaceutical industry currently faces a major challenge in implementi ng the tools necessary for ultra-HTS (uHTS). The rational-choice of appropr iate readout technologies is crucial for the success, and fluorescence-base d approaches will play a major role. Here, advanced fluorescence techniques and their applicability to uHTS will be discussed.
