Abstract
Multiple sclerosis and epilepsy are among the most common neurological disa bilities. The episodic nature of these disabilities and the associated psyc hosocial effects often seen in people with these disabilities can create a number of challenges, particularly in the area of employment. This paper di scusses the vocational aspects of these episodic neurological conditions, i ncluding common employment related problems and the rehabilitation best pra ctices that have emerged to deal with these problems.
